Donors of the Queen City Plein Air Festival are a group of active supporters who want to continue to establish a successful Queen City Plein Air Festival in Staunton. The QCPA Festival offers a series of meaningful experiences with opportunities to engage, learn and explore the world of visual arts in our unique and beautiful community.
The Beverley Street Studio School is a 501©3 nonprofit and support is tax deductible.

Sponsorship funds contribute 40% of the Festival’s budget and greatly determines the success of promotion, advertising, and general operations. You can be a general sponsor or a sponsor of specific events, speakers, guest judges, or artist awards. Corporate sponsors and their logos will be prominently featured in our advertising and marketing materials.

Become a Supporter of the Arts in Staunton by hosting a guest artist
We are looking for host families to house the professional artists who are traveling from over 40 miles away. They are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay for five nights. Activities keep them busy throughout the day. We will have a volunteer coordinator who will work with you to find the perfect guest!

The QCPA Festival relies on our volunteers! Tasks include event set up, food preparation, registration, event promotion, poster distribution, staff information booths, hanging artwork – no job too big or too small. If you enjoy the arts, this is an extremely rewarding event to be a part of.
