There is no doubt that animals have been an inspiration for artists throughout history. This exciting workshop will concentrate on how to bring animals to life with oil paints using color, light, and composition. Students will be working from photographs, so please prepare several high quality photos of your pets or your favorite wildlife. Nancy will also have animal photos available for use if you prefer. Students will choose either two or three days of class to receive one-on-one instruction and insight into the techniques needed to master the art of the animal’s structure and form, as well as personality and character. A materials list will be provided upon registration.
